Kevin, Does it really make a difference. I really can't understand why the convertible note holders actually converted their holdings. They have a much higher standing in BK as a creditor than as an equity holder. Liabilities still greatly exceed assets, even assuming the assets are worth their stated value which I seriously doubt. The company received $75,000 debtor in possession financing during the quarter, which I believe came from Daniel Scott. The post BK financing has the highest claim on assets and will likely end up owning the company. tgs59
