His "expertise", if any, is limited to a single test FET
on a wafer. He seems to have very little idea about
4+ FET structure called CMOS "gate".
And now you are asking him about a modern art to
combine tens of million gates into a number crunching
engine... Come on, be reasonable, pity him.
