DELL... Will It Lead The NDX Down? Ike: With DELL down on a day when Michael Dell was on CNBC and the NAZ has a mini rally, it's possible some confidence has been shaken in the can't lose Nasdaq bellweathers... There is big institutional interest in DELL... If it continues going down we could see some preemptive strikes by institutions that want to preserve their gains before the herd starts selling... The funny thing is that the institutions are the herd... Usually DELL has favorable Relative Strength to the top 100 Nasdaq companies...
