That could well be the case. I believe that in Canada once you sell a stock for a tax loss, you can not purchase the stock within 30 days for tax purposes. That would leave a lot of late December buying as usual. I don't know if it will break down below 10 cents, but I will likely load up in December for at least the January bounce.
