I don't understand why people keep saying DELL is a great company and had a great earning report yesterday, so the stock shouldn't go down today. I don't think anyone here, including LT, has any problem with DELL being a great company and the report was robust. However, EXPECTATION is the name of the game in the Street. Any DELL longs here expected DELL to report a merely 28 cents before earnings was out? What I saw in this thread had been 30 - 32 cents, which means DELL is disappointing us for the last quarter, and the stocks get killed today is understandable. Those who play fundamental should look at the company and its stocks 2 or 3 quarters down the road and let the momentum players have all the fun in the next few days.

Does this sound fair to everybody, long or short?
