Tim, I have no doubt in my mind the market is waiting for something, but I am not particularly sure it is your offer. If I was in their shoes, I would not take you on your offer, since it is not on their critical path, and would be a diversion of their efforts to get a process, any process, to repeatably extract the goodies.
