Is there any evidence that larger investors have been accumulating the stock at these incredibly discounted prices?

I will be interested to see this and next week's insider trading report from the BCSC. I would except to see at least some activity reported from a month ago, in this week's edition. Teck accepted the PP at 75 cents (October 18 ?) and that has already been officially reported. It is truly a guessing game, and makes the playing field unlevel waiting 30 days to know about insider trades, whereas if we had real-time insider trades we wouldn't have this question.

Maybe someone else could help out if they know what houses the insiders trade out of, but they could have easily changed their brokerages since last year.
