Hi Rudy,..Re:.why not retain that top talent with a stock grant or stock-indexed bonus which shows up on the balance sheet? If this is preferable, why don't we as shareholders get it on the ballot next July. After all, since it's just a change in accounting, what possible objections could there be? Or am I being too naive? To me, it's apparent with Dell's growth rate, both in revenue and EPS, that they really don't need tricks to enhance quarterly earnings. The point is, if it's this disturbing and distortional, let's offer a solution or alternative. Regards, Lee
