"Uncalculated consideration of, regard for, or devotion to others' interests sometimes in accordance with an ethical principle."

Penni, one's actions are always self-serving. To deny this is a derogation of the mind and the most obstinant form of hypocrisy.
The Catholic Church was built on the encouragement to maximize reproduction while they then came to their rescue as they starved.
Admittingly, an effective business plan.
