After checking with an umber of oil and gas companies, I have found that there are a limited number of scientists that can qualify this type of discovery to the satisfaction of those in the know. Sort of like the big 8 in accounting, these scientists opinions are accepted without question. It is important that TOUPS contract with one (or more) of these scientists and then publish the results in a recognized scientific journal.

I can understand why they are not doing this just yet, the product is too early in its development, but it will have to be done at some time. We need to do this the generally accepted way, and I expect it will be well worth the effort.

Buckle up, we are going to have quite a ride!!
