Fund Accumulation

In the last hour or so I have seen some regular buys placed as follows:

SGI - 45k shares
IFMX - 125k
RXSD - 350k
GNET - 30k
ONSL - multiple 40-50k blocks

As soon as I saw the first I checked about a hundred stocks for action. The timing seemed to regular to be coincidental, and I noticed none of the high flyers were on the list. Worth watching.
