I didn't call personally but a friend of mine did call the Yarrow Bay Texaco dealer in Washington. The handmade CAPSCAN worked just fine, far exceeding EPA requirements for monitoring the USTs.

Don't forget that the handmade CAPSCAN has also been tested by the University of Washington to verify that it works as well as has been claimed. Dr Harvey every investor should come equipped with a healthy dose of skepticism because it can and does save money. I think EVDS will do just fine but obviously it has not done great so far.

EDSi is simply the way that the company abbreviates it's name as opposed to the stock symbol EVDS. We need to see sales of CAPSCANs to validate the technology. We need to see the stock rise to validate our investment. Only time will tell if this will happen but I think we all know that to be the case. Please do check back with us in a couple of months and let us know what you think then because for now we all know that the company is not yet selling CAPSCANs.

We all know that the Florida Power and Light remediation contract was announced prematurely and is somewhat in doubt. Oh and one other thing we know:
