Mr. Port, You are amazing!! How do you find out such information? Are you secretly and employee of Rogers, CCUR or SEAC? I doubt you work for SEAC as you exhibit such animosity for the company. Unlikely that you work for Rogers as,again, you spoke so negatively regarding this deal. I can not find any press mention anywhere, called Rogers and called SEAC neither of which would comment. So that leaves CCUR as probably the other contender for this bid. If they bid and lost, you would be angry and also know all the details..Hmmm If on the other hand, you really are a portfolio manager who can afford to spend all this time touting one company, I would highly question the value you could bring to a client. Convince me that I'm wrong Mr. Port.
