Chris I am curious about the following: " I had an incredible phone conversation the other day with an investor whose problem with Pacel was that if he bought anymore PLRP he'd be over the 5% limit that requires a person to file documents with the SEC before he can sell shares." How many shares does this person own? I am sure I could say the same thing as this guy. If I bought a million shares, I too would be over 5% ownership of the company.
The reason I am asking is that I still have serious doubts about the number of shares and the current float. If this guy owns about a million shares and you add that to the group of people who own 100,000+, we then have a conflict with the numbers posted on this thread. I think we have to look at the worst case that everything outside of Calkins shares is in the active float.
