That Macro/Micro report from De Beers to Major General and Ascots high diamond count from Victoria Island is still not out. I can picture in the lab those 75 diamonds counted out on black velvet, so what would be the big deal in determining how many are under 1/2 mm. micros, and how many macros 0.5 mm and over. The only good news I can see here is the 75 diamonds may not have been 100% tiny micros or DeBeers would have reported it immediately. On the other hand, if there was a mixture of macros and micros and borderline sizes, it could take much longer especially if the size of the diamonds and the color are carried out by some other South African agency which may have had a back log.??????
