AugustWest: This board is absolutely the place to discuss poor service. The company hasn't been listening all year long. Maybe the stockholders will get the ball moving. If they ever get their head out of the sand. And better yet. Tell your story and let potential new customers know about your less than desirable experiences. I sure read up about a broker before sending any money. And I expect most others do to.
