GOOD MORNING ALL...
I know many of us have been burnt big time (understatement)...But I will bring you up to date on events. I had the opportunity to drive 85 miles (Boy, what an opportunity--Orange County in rush hour!!LOL) to meet with Larry stock and some other people. Though I cannot tell you whether or not this will actually be able to be implemented with Brush Creek, I can tell you from what I saw and heard, this was no fly by the seat of your pants plan. Larry has been working on his plan for over 6 mos.....If all goes well, he has a very well respected mining and development co. to back into the co., plus another one for his US cement...maybe immediately..he has a large known trucking co. ready to do shipping for him at a good price, he has a place and co. for his endeavor, he has another co. to back into the shell to grow even bigger, he has been working with someone very big who owns some very well known casinos to build his plant down the road...he has a very big co. lined up already to buy his cement..They seemed very open, and I certainly didn't get the idea they had anything to hide. This was not a put on for me...As he wasn't sure if he'd be able to meet with me on his tight schedule, when he called me he was already on route to his meeting, so at the time, no one knew I would be able to make it, so I was a last minute thought..He is sincere in his plan, and seems to have done a tremendous amount of planning, closing up all the loop holes in order to succeed. According to Larry, he still will offer a Rights Offering, but at this time, no dollar amount was given...THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT!!!!NO REVERSE SPLIT..As he wants the tax write off for his first few years. If he splits like that, the write off becomes less and less, so it is not to his advantage to do so.
This deal was presented to BCMD at least a month ago....He has been written up in Opportunist Magazine, he seems to know stocks and businesses like the back of his hand..He was doing mergers and acquisitions..The man is a bundle of energy...I was trying to get as much information that I could while it was flying around the air 1000 miles an hour...BOY, YOU GUYS THOUGHT I TALKED AND ACTED FAST!! You ain't seen nothing yet!
I certainly cannot guarantee what will happen, but he is positive in his plans and how to get there!! There was no room for failure...His mind was going constantly..
This is not meant to be hype or to tell you to go out and buy more...I certainly wouldnot be the one to tell you that!!! But I would suggest that you again today call the office or Board members to urge them to act on this before it is too late...TODAY IS THE CUTOFF!! AND LARRY IS READY TO GO IMMEDIATELY.
Regarding the Mining and Engineering co. They had at least a dozen of letters of recommendation from various co. Some old, some new. They or lat least the man who was there, has been in the business for 30 years, and I recognized some of the projects they were doing. They have worked with Shell for started and BLM, and others....
