That's an OLD release. The "buyout" of IMXS by GIFS
already occured. They bought a 60% interest in IMXS,
although they want 66%. They'll probably have to go
into the open market to obtain the remaining 6% of IMXS.

By the way, GIFS plans on lifting IMXS off the NASD BB
after they become profitable later this year. That requires
IMXS to have a $3 share price. THAT should be VERY interesting :)
