("JAKKS Pacific") (a manufacturer and marketer of toys), it had signed an exclusive ten-year license agreement with Titan Sports Inc. ("Titan") to publish World Wrestling Federation electronic games on all platforms. The games will be designed, developed, manufactured and marketed by a joint venture of the Company and JAKKS Pacific. The Company will oversee product development and sales, and the Company and JAKKS Pacific will co-manage the marketing of the games. The Company expects that the first game produced under this license will be released near the end of 1999. This investment is accounted for under the equity method of accounting for investment. The Company has a 50% ownership interest in this joint venture.<<
