$250,000 financing Abacus Minerals Corporation AMC Shares issued 21,590,405 Nov 12 close $0.25 Fri 13 Nov 98 News Release Mr. Steve Todoruk reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement totalling 1,250,000 units of the company's securities at 20 cents to raise $250,000. Each unit will comprise one share and one-half warrant of the company exercisable at any time for two years from the date of closing. One whole warrant is exercisable at 25 cents to acquire one share. The shares and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants will be subject to a four month hold period since the company has a current annual information form on file. The majority of the proceeds from the private placement will be used for the next phase of drilling on the company's La Manchuria project in Santa Cruz, Argentina.
