This same group will be the one who will take this company forward. What would you say if the engineering team decides to jump ship? Are they going to work here for the goodness of their heart? Get real. It's the RegD guys and the market and probably you who sold during the down turn. If you don't like what you see, bail. This includes their business plan, their ways to grow the company, and yes, that includes their desire to have a piece of the pie.
