MB II, They have hit the nail on the head. Alan Greenmoney has printed a return to insane speculation. One reason is that he refuses to use his powers to set margins and loan reserve requirements at banks, considering them passe tools. If you set the margin for inter-bank derivative speculation at 20%, it disappears. It is only because huge profits can be made with very little cash put up that these transactions are attractive. But, AG has a passe gray tool in his head. <G>

You simply do not stop people from speculating by giving them cheap access to cash without any restrictions.
