Just now I heard from ETrade customer rep, ETrade is starting a new web site for active traders with Level II, no preview by ETrade which means order directly goes to the floor, immediate updated account balance, IPOs and I think one should do 75 trades/quarter to qualify ... As a customer and shareholder I am impressed... I was told ETrade has sent this info, to a few selected customers... If any one has any info/details, care to share it with us?? Thanks in advance, DB
