Nettaxi has 14.1 million shares outstanding, the float is 1.9 million shares. This company has promise and since it went quietly public last month through a reverse acquisition rather than through a heavily promoted IPO (not that there's anything wrong with that) there are opportunities for investors to get involved at this early stage. I noticed today that the stock saw a decent jump in trading volume (to 27,500). Though only a year old, Nettaxi is already on the radar of 100hot as the 30th most popular site on the Internet.
