Barry & all; Not only does MMX have no meaning, I recall seeing Multimedia Extensions referred to as MME and I believe it was in Intel literature. That should short circuit any claim that MMX stands for the same thing. As others have said, this would be a huge marketing coup if Intel can pull it off. (I personally do not have any doubts.) dmg-
