If you guys would do some arithmetic you would discover that Kumar's claim is incorrect. Dell does report desktop revenue numbers if you would take the time to read and analyze the quarterly report. On a revenue basis Dell's sequential increase in desktop sales was 9.6%. On a unit basis I would expect that the sequential growth was greater than 10% because selling prices continued to fall through the quarter. This is obscured by the fact that the percentage of revenues derived from desktop sales declined from 66% last quarter to 65% this quarter.
