E Sam does believe we reap what we sow. As the reciprocal action occurs at a propitous time to teach its results it is not a punishment. Rick is correct that God does not interfere with nature
and pleas by prayer are useless. It is likely that most people misunderstand the law of karma just as they do religion and self.

There has been and will be natural disasters. When they happen we do not need to pity. We need to assist in overcoming the problems with a united effort to help them help themselves.

I have had personal disaster with health problems and have no legs. I do not want pity or charity and never have. I desire to be accepted and treated the same as people in good health. Of course I am very appreciative when someone assists me in opening the door handing me something out of reach. I am not the least sensitive about the leg loss. I am very much offended when someone thinks I am an idiot because the legs are gone. The worst scenario is the waitress who asks my wife if she wants to order for me. ggg

You betcha I'm one lucky person. Your daughter is lucky too. She has a mother like you.
