I am usually opposed to lawsuits filed when a stock drops in price but this one is just and necessary. Zucko (that's how the Intel VP pronounced his name in the conf. call) & Co. have breached their fiduciary duty to the shareholders and taken sweetheart deals themselves. They (and other public co. officials) need to be taught a lesson. At the very least, this lawsuit should expose their back room deals.
