Over six months have passed and the merger is still pending with Superior. Just jackets has become part of ACSI. I talked with the company on 1/10 and they said that earnings would be released next week. A deficit is expected of course because they've discontinued most of their old operations(theater involvement ended in May). A run up may be possible when the Superior deal is finalized. On a technical basis, the stock seems firmly bottomed at $1.00. The volume is increasing and the shares are being accumulated. Watch this one, I wouldn't buy until it clears 1.18, but it has potential for a nice trade. David in SC
