Thanks for the interpretation. I considered this idea so silly, I didn't even think/know this was the cause of the sell-off. I also don't understand the selling based on recent insider sales. So I didn't know why the stock was going down, while Solectron (for example) was going up today. By the end of the day though, things seemed to be going a bit more sensical. Paul
