Ok, let's re-read the 8k from July 7, 1998. I think that qualifies as summer, at least here it does.
<The Staff of the Central Regional Office of the SEC has notified Registrant that it is considering recommending to the Commission the amendment of its current action against registrant to include violations [including Section 10(b)(5)] which may have resulted from the May 22, 1998 press release.>
We already knew these charges were possible. Hence old news. I'm sorry, did you say someone was shy on comprehension?
<I guess BD does not agree with Guido> The other part of my post, which you also got wrong, was that there was no way that BD can say it agrees with Guido at this point....not enough work done. I guess that the sun rises in the east....this is equally obvious to your statement. You have a real flair for the obvious!
My overall point is...this is the best possible news we could have from BD at this point. But...Are we still in a tough position...sure. Absolutely.
And this *is* news in this 8k, contrary to what some might be saying. After all, BD could have said "no way".
By the way, the all caps stuff is still pathetic, even coming from you. But while we are on the subject of economic viability, what do you suppose the most important variable is in that equation? Could it be POG? Got any guesses on where that might be headed in the mid-term?
Having an even better weekend now. Eric. (No caps needed) |
