Malko-

Winr drifted down to below 60 cents and several of the long time posters announced they were getting out. These specific posters said they were dissatisfied with the "rate " of progress.

Interestingly enough after these posters purportedly jumped ship, activity occurred on the main site www.winr.net. Seven banners appeared linked to TISS sites with another banner for a Interbet site coming soon. However this site still said it was a beta site and no press announcement accompanied the placement of these banners on the site saying that winr was in place for business.

Then instead of an announcement, the banners disappeared from the www.winr.net site . But on another site http:///test.winr.net, the banners have since reappeared with a lot of extra verbiage explaining WINR connection to TISS and Interbet sites and the need to register with WINR first prior to using the TISS or Interbet sites. Additional language was added explaining what the TISS gambling sites were all about and that the Interbet site will be up and running soon but was delayed to an earlier hurricane.

To cut to the chase, basically WINR appears very close to having all its ducks in a row. When WINR has all its duck in a row, a formal announcement (PR)should be made. To say the least the next week should be very interesting.

Also note that this website activity accounts for the increases of the share price over the past couple days. There was a significant gap on Thursday and the asking price has been inching up steadily all of this week.

For those that do not know, WINR is a secured system for payment for Internet gambling. It is not a specific gambling site. The revenue potential for the site is enormous and already in place because of their contracts with TISS and Interbet. WINR's revenues are not dependent on US gamblers nor should they be since legislation pending may make Internet gambling illegal in the US. Though one should emphasize "pending", especially after the most recent US election results where almost all gambling initiatives and pro-lottery candidates won. Seems like Americans very affirmatively have asserted their rights to lose their money.

btw- Did you notice the activity on RRRR today? At one point during the day, the stock was up over 80%.

quote.yahoo.com

The stock had been trading in a range between 1.75 and 3.5 for several months. Today's trading broke through these current ranges. The stock itself has been trending upward for the past several weeks.

Earnings for RRRR are suppose to out Monday. I'm not sure whether this report is scheduled for release prior to or after the closing bell. Looks to me like the market anticipates decent numbers. If the numbers are better than expected, and the report doesn't come out before the bell and cause a major gap, looks to me like there could be a major move in this holding on Monday and maybe for a couple days next week.

Also note that RRRR is Rare Medium, the web site developer for PNL. So positive moves with PNL's partners should bode well for PNL as well. I'd also speculate that RRRR officers also have significant holdings in PNL that were probably received as payment in lieu of cash.

Just some other tidbits on RRRR:

Since 09/15/98: The price-earnings (P/E) ratio for RRRR has been less than its average next year's projected earnings growth rate. For small and mid-cap stocks in particular, this is generally considered as a sign that a company may be undervalued.

Since 06/09/98: RRRR's price-earnings (P/E) ratio of 8.80 has been at least 25% below its industry's average
