And the impeachment process is all but dead, unless the GOP truly wishes to destroy itself, which I don't think reasonable Republicans like Specter will allow. I don't think the impeachment process is dead. It has been kept alive by the Republicans. And looks like there are very few reasonable ones among them. If there are any, their voices are cries in the wilderness. Jay Leno was joking in the Tonight Show that this whole impeachment thing is a conspiracy by Clinton to get rid of the Republicans! And they will realize it too, but only after the elections in the year 2000... Dipy.
