MALL & uBID vs COOL & WCAP - WCAP only owns a small portion of COOL. MALL will own 80% of uBID. It is a different story. uBID price will qaurantee MALL's share price. If uBID IPO is successful, MALL, the 80% owner, will definitely do well.
