<So, a GE officer thinks he is above government regulation...thinks he should disrespect government officials carrying out their mandates. The only companies that can pull off insulting the SEC would have to be squeaky clean with money to burn for lawsuits. > Like Microsoft. They seem to doing just fine thumbing their nose at the government. But then, they have a little more money the GE. Why wouldn't GE invite in a partner at this point? It does appear that there is gold and someone with deeper pockets needs to develop it.
