WBC, Kumar downgraded Dell from a Strong Buy to a Buy, but kept his earnings forecast for the year unchanged. Do you believe the guy has the @#& to do this. If he downgraded the stock, why not cut the earnings forecast? By the way, I got the @#& notation from Mohan. Stock Bull
