No..I did not or I would not be so upset about them issuing it. I think it was a bad move. Earnings are expressed per share so if there are more shares there are less earnings per share. Keeping the number of shares low is very important especially at low prices. Shares if they need to be issued should be issued at higher prices. Anyway that is how I feel about that issue.
