KJ - With all due respect. I work in a high tech area and when our options are down, we work harder and smarter to bring the price up. We don't look for a free RIDE. We don't complain and try and get our options priced MUCH F'n lower then the recent history just to motivate us to work smarter. This is BAD, I could tolerate a lower strike for NEW employees, but NOT for the folks that brought this great (NOT) financing deal to weigh on the backs of the shareholders. Now please don't answer with "well just bail" I have stuck with this company in one disappointment after another and with 25+K shares at avg. 3.5 I think this deal Sucks. People work harder and smarter when the goal is to get ahead, not when it's gravy! In my opion - this was cutting far to much slack. <<Leave them alone please. This same group will be the one who will take this company forward. >>
