Brian,

This is great news.

They should be ramped up to at least 2-3K wafers/mo by mid year or several million devices/qtr.

At an average ASP of $350 they could do > $1bn in K7 biz next year.

Add 20M K6's from FAB 25 at $100 and you have 3Bn in sales with close to 50% margins.

So next year they should be able destroy their earnings targets.

If they remotely execute we have a $40 stock next year and if they kick ass with the K7 a $100 price is not unreasonable if we get to earnings of $3-4 per share.
