Remarking.
A CeleronA 333 is about $10 more than a 300A on pricewatch...
So where is the incentive to remark? I can see it on the Pentium II maybe...

Point 2...this is really what Intel wants to stop because they are losing money to the overclockers. Overclock a 300A that costs $104 to match the speed of a Pentium II at $500...so much for Intels segmentation model...
