Re: Your link. Yes I know ATM has survived and FORE has excellent ATM products but there's obviously more to shareholder value than great products (does 45 to 10 last couple of years ring a bell?).

TA can be very useful for making short-term buy/sell decisions. Fundamentals can't. Fundamentals only are for the buy and hold type.

For example, reliance on TA last quarter would have put you on the sidelines (or short) before FORE went public with the earnings warning.
