Mark, After reading the news, I laughed on how easy the foolish management can fool the average investors in this country. In conference call, the management gave a rosy picture and put smiling faces in front of investors. They pretended nothing happens and hide bad news. I can imagine that they are just a bunch of not very talent people. After the due diligence for a 12 million investment, they can not find they are dealing with a foreign crook. They can not count from 6 to 38. Of course, this is America. Life is as usual. Nobody got fired. Nobody apologize the mistake. Japanese investors may wonder why Doug Johnson is still the CFO. This is land of opportunity. There are many ways to become a millionaire. I was too busy to sell my shares in last two weeks and just found that the stock is only 3 7/8. Therefore, I was forced to read the bad news. I am travelling again and hope the price back to my sell order price of $5 1/4 in two weeks. Regards, Tallgary
