Bill, it's all a question of timing in life. There are many many great Companies around that are growing, but to be there the day they have their "run" is a question of good fortune and timing. Unless there is manipulation and you are aware of it. Greg Manning had in front of his eyes the example of EBAY.So as you say, as a shrewd businessman, with a well established and reputable auction business, positionned himself and it seems to work out well for him. The guy has increased the value of his Company tremendously through a well negotiated acquisition.(relatively cheap in regards to the result). Now had he been on BB would there have been the same effect? Who knows. IMO, instead of running from $2 to $21, he would have run from $2 to $9. But BB or NASDAQ, the same DT will come in and start to F**k up the stock.MM's are the same in both worlds. But true that his reduced float gives the Company better visibility to hold it's market. As for PNLK, their big advantage is that competition is still fast asleep. Regards Malko.
