Dylan,
How would you classify Dawson-Samberg? Are they an institutional money manager like Putnam? Earlier you mentioned you were close to the institutional money, were you referring to D-S? One more question, what exactly does a 13D disclose?

It is my novice opinion that this institutional support is the only thing holding the stock. I am tempted to take a short position, but am very wary.
