Actually, and ounce to ounce comparison is really not fair. The other sweeteners are fairly heavily concentrated and TON is not. TON gets used in about the same quantity as natural sugar. I spoonful of TON or sugar is about the same sweetness as a tiny tablet of the concentrated sweeteners.

If you measure cost by say...how many cups of coffee you can sweeten, then TON is far and away more expensive.
