<I wonder whose decision it was to release a 6.4M proven....? Did they have such total faith in Guido?> I believe TT would make that decision based upon the INDEPENDENT REPORT of Paravicini. Remember this is an independent report of a report of a report. To me, the SEC is out of line in this matter. Charging TT for someones report and saying it was pump or hype is absurd. Who in the Company made any money? I understand a group of share holders will file suit against the SEC if these charges are laid. Doug
