Ztect, Rob, Susie,Austen and Planet City supporters, Re: the current sales of the MBCK, I have been wondering if PINC is gearing up in small ways now, getting ready for the Jan. 1999 rollover. Many articles I have read say that Y2K problems may surface for many companies at that time, since their accounting projections are 1 year ahead. Check out this very interesting article: y2ktimebomb.com In my thinking the big move will begin when the media starts covering the problems(possibly 6 weeks away). This would be the time for PINC to be ready to strike in a bigger way, to have all the marketing channels ready now, but to hold back some fireworks until things heat up. This possibly could also be part of the AOL wait. There will also be more of a psychological effect since we will be in 1999, and Y2K will seem imminent. Just a few thoughts.
