Wow isnt that what I have been saying on the Raging Bull board. These guys do a reverse split we the shaeholders own little after the split and then they just issue more shares to each other. Pretty slick. MTEI will wind up back in their hands again and the shareholders will be looking at another 10-1 reverse split!!!!
