Ray,

We don't know. There were rumored to have been 200 million shares authorized with 140 million shares outstanding before the 100 to 1 reverse split. There was to have been an effort to call in as many as 60 million shares improperly issued, which would leave (after the reverse split) 2 million authorized, and 800,000 outstanding. However, around 600,000 shares were to be delegated to the new board of directors. If all this happened, there would be 2 million authorized, 1.4 million outstanding, and 800,000 in the current float.

The above roughly reflects the best information we have, but I haven't looked back at old press releases or posts.

The bottom line is none of us knows, or admits to knowing, the answer to your question.

M.M.
