I have no details regarding the specific case of IMNR, but SEC Forms 144 are merely an intent to sell. The real indicator is the actual sale, when and if it actually comes. If I held a lot of unregistered stock, and I knew the company was going to blossom, I would want to get some of it registered so that I could take advantage of coming runups to order to be able to take some of my profit.
